Marketing Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Engage in marketing, customer service, and client interactions within the marketing department while fostering positive community and public relations.

• Sustain current referral sources, broaden the referral network, and cultivate business relationships within the designated region.

• Contribute to the overarching company marketing strategy.

• Generate reports as necessary.

• Aid in establishing financial objectives for the designated region.

• Required to collaborate with programs to comprehend the needs of clients, programs, and referral sources.

• Fulfill necessary training and mandatory training hours.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, along with one year of relevant experience is mandatory.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Behavioral Health or Business/Marketing discipline is preferred.

• Preferred 3-5 years of experience in Drug & Alcohol and/or Mental Health fields.

• Preferred 3-5 years of experience as a Counselor, Assessor, or in Community Relations within direct client care.
