This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that detail timelines, resource requirements, risk management tactics, and essential milestones.
• Utilize Asana for monitoring progress and ensuring projects remain on track.
• Oversee weekly launches, facilitating prompt asset approval and distribution to key teams.
• Continuously enhance processes to enable smooth execution.
• Manage the complete go-to-market strategy for product and campaign launches, from initial planning to post-launch evaluation.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and gather information from product, design, and merchandising teams.
• Conduct go-to-market kickoff meetings and disseminate launch strategies and product details through release overview presentations.
• Collaborate with Design, Brand, Creative, Growth, and eCommerce teams to ensure alignment on goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to facilitate progress.
• Coordinate omnichannel marketing efforts across direct-to-consumer platforms, Amazon, and future wholesale avenues.
• Manage licensing marketing submissions and approvals for licensing partners.
• Keep organized project workflows in Asana while tracking deadlines, responsibilities, and progress.
• Assess production workflows, pinpoint inefficiencies, and suggest enhancements.
• Recognize and swiftly address potential obstacles.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, ideally within a dynamic marketing, e-commerce, or content-focused setting.
• Demonstrated capability to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and teams effectively.
• A proactive and solution-driven approach.
• Experience in advocating for process enhancements through effective problem-solving.
• Familiarity with creative workflows and content production processes.
• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Asana or other project management tools.
• Must reside in the United States.
