This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Transform approved campaign or project strategies into actionable delivery plans, detailing owners, deadlines, dependencies, approval points, and success metrics.
• Oversee campaigns and marketing projects from the handoff stage to verified publication or completion, including initial performance assessment.
• Identify missing assets, overdue reviews, conflicting priorities, and potential delivery risks.
• Address routine execution challenges and escalate significant risks with suggested next steps.
• Coordinate various campaign elements including copy, design, video, landing pages, email, social media content, tracking, and more.
• Execute regular publishing tasks across approved email, social media, website, CRM, and content platforms.
• Schedule approved content and campaigns accurately and punctually.
• Make routine updates to websites or landing pages using established templates.
• Confirm copy, creative materials, links, tracking, audience targeting, approvals, publication, and evidence of completion.
• Conduct pre-launch quality assurance checks using established checklists and approved briefs.
• Maintain marketing calendars, production queues, campaign checklists, approval records, recurring work schedules, project management systems, assets, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor vendor and specialist commitments, deadlines, dependencies, and unresolved issues.
• Enhance the handoff process among marketing, sales, operations, vendors, and technical partners.
• Gather and reconcile performance inputs, identifying missing data, conflicting figures, unsupported conclusions, and unexplained changes.
• Prepare clear weekly reporting materials for leadership review.
• Track commitments, responsible parties, deadlines, overdue items, corrective measures, and outcomes.
• Strong project management skills and operational follow-through, capable of managing multiple workstreams to a set deadline without losing sight of dependencies.
• Proven experience in independently executing marketing campaigns or projects from planning through to publication or completion.
• Hands-on experience with publishing on email, social media, websites, CMS, or CRM platforms.
• Practical knowledge of campaign quality assurance and tracking standards.
• Ability to simultaneously coordinate multiple contributors, deadlines, and dependencies.
• Excellent written communication abilities along with professional and assertive follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets and consolidating performance data.
• Skill in identifying inconsistent, incomplete, or unsupported reporting.
• Good judgment in determining what to resolve independently and what to escalate.
• Strong attention to detail while maintaining focus on deadlines and business priorities.
• Ability to perform effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: Experience with service-oriented businesses, multi-location companies, or lead-generation marketing.
• Preferred: Familiarity with tools like GoHighLevel, WordPress, Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
• Preferred: Experience in coordinating freelancers, agencies, technical vendors, or distributed teams.
• Preferred: Understanding of UTM tracking, forms, lead routing, landing pages, and basic marketing attribution concepts.
• Preferred: Experience in creating or maintaining campaign checklists, standard operating procedures, and reporting systems.
• Preferred: Basic capability to make routine changes to websites, emails, or landing pages using established templates.
