Marketing Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete management of event registration campaigns

• Collaborate closely with the Event Manager to enhance audience outreach

• Generate significant demand and registrations for webinars

• Create and implement multi-touch email and SMS nurture sequences

• Oversee the company’s digital and social media presence

• Develop high-converting marketing materials and promotional email content

• Maintain and update the company website

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in managing list segmentations, workflows, marketing campaigns, and CRM activities within HubSpot

• Demonstrated ability to write engaging, action-oriented email content, newsletters, text campaigns, and marketing communications that achieve high open and click-through rates

• Strong back-office computer skills

• Capability to analyze metrics related to campaign performance

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
