This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Strategize and implement comprehensive international campaigns across various channels including email, nurturing, webinars, blogs, social media, events, and syndication.
• Oversee timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery across diverse regions.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize strategies for pipeline impact.
• Tailor global campaigns to fit the needs of EMEA, LATAM, and Canada.
• Ensure messaging aligns with local languages, cultural nuances, regulatory requirements, and market priorities.
• Manage translation and regional review processes as necessary.
• Lead the strategy and execution of webinars, from topic selection to follow-up activities.
• Drive efforts for registration, attendance, and conversion of post-event meetings.
• Develop targeted email campaigns and multi-step nurturing journeys.
• Continuously test and optimize for enhanced engagement and conversion rates.
• Oversee third-party syndication vendors and establish relevant targeting criteria.
• Track cost per lead (CPL), assess lead quality, and monitor downstream conversion rates.
• Create campaign messaging and assets, including emails, landing pages, outreach copy, and toolkits.
• Spearhead blog production in alignment with campaign themes.
• Enhance social media engagement and registrations through amplification efforts.
• Publicize both owned and third-party events with measurable success metrics.
• Extend campaigns via partners using scalable "Campaign in a Box" toolkits.
• Assist in the creation of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) outreach for priority accounts.
• Collaborate closely with LDR/BDR teams to ensure effective follow-up, swift lead engagement, and meeting conversions.
• Maintain closed-loop reporting to enhance overall performance.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in integrated marketing, demand generation, or field marketing.
• Demonstrated success in executing multi-channel campaigns across global markets.
• Strong proficiency in webinars, email marketing, nurturing, and lead generation strategies.
• Experience managing content syndication and working with third-party vendors.
• Skilled content creator with excellent copywriting capabilities.
• Experience in localizing campaigns for different regions.
• Highly organized, results-oriented, and comfortable collaborating across functions.
• Familiarity with key marketing technologies utilized by Five9, including Salesforce.com, Marketo, Zoom for webinars, 6sense, Folloze, and Monday.com.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to measure, report on, and enhance campaign performance.
