Marketing Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Take complete ownership of our PET Finder product, overseeing everything from feature development to market positioning.

• Identify new target demographics and market opportunities to broaden our customer base.

• Track project progress, assessing outcomes against established KPIs, and perform competitive and market analyses to refine our strategic direction.

• Assist the sales team with comprehensive product knowledge and create engaging sales materials.

• Manage communication with stakeholders, both internally and externally, ensuring the team has the necessary information and support to successfully complete the project.

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns in partnership with the marketing team.

• Build and oversee strategic partnerships to foster B2B growth.

• Identify potential risks and formulate contingency plans to address them.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in product management and/or marketing, preferably in telematics, GPS tracking, or software solutions.

• Analytical and strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively articulate product benefits in English.

• Project management capabilities – adept at coordinating across multiple teams.

• Previous experience with B2B and B2C clients, as well as familiarity with SaaS or hardware products.

• Ability to focus meticulously on project specifics while maintaining an overarching perspective.

• A passion for innovation and market growth in a rapidly expanding industry.

• Knowledge of the strategic use of Social Media channels to engage the target audience and enhance sales.

• Ability to empathize and understand the needs of the target audience (pet owners).
