Marketing Print Coordinator – Signage, Store Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation and distribution of all print and digital marketing materials to our retail locations nationwide.

• Acquire quotes from external suppliers.

• Coordinate project assets, establish artwork specifications, and review submissions.

• Offer project direction and printing expertise to internal teams.

• Accountable for creating workback schedules and managing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.

• Collaborate effectively with internal departments and strive for continuous improvement in our collaborative processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of the print industry.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a production setting with familiarity in multimedia standards for both print and digital formats.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Capacity to adapt quickly and eliminate project obstacles.

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.

• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
