This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee and enhance Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Account Engagement (previously known as Pardot).
• Design, test, and roll out marketing emails, engagement programs, automation workflows, landing pages, forms, and email templates.
• Develop and manage lead scoring, segmentation, list management, and marketing automation initiatives.
• Establish campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting processes within Salesforce.
• Ensure the integrity of CRM data, maintain database hygiene, and uphold lead quality.
• Guarantee smooth synchronization between Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Account Engagement.
• Assist with marketing technology integrations and pinpoint opportunities to enhance efficiency via automation.
• Implement integrated marketing campaigns that support webinars, events, partner marketing, customer marketing, digital campaigns, and demand generation efforts.
• Create campaign assets such as emails, landing pages, forms, registration pages, and follow-up nurture programs.
• Manage campaign schedules, conduct quality assurance testing, and ensure timely execution.
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest optimization opportunities.
• Develop and maintain marketing assets including: One-pagers, eBooks, Case studies, Customer success stories, Email campaigns, Webinar materials, Event collateral, Presentation decks, Sales enablement resources, Social media graphics, Website content.
• Act as the primary marketing contact for the Stridepath website, which is built on WordPress.
• Collaborate with Beck Digital, Stridepath's website development partner, to manage website updates, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.
• Work with Beck Digital to support ongoing SEO efforts, facilitate content updates, and assist in implementing recommendations that boost search visibility and website performance.
• Create and publish website content, including landing pages, blogs, customer success stories, solution pages, and downloadable resources.
• Oversee website forms, calls-to-action, and lead capture capabilities to support marketing campaigns and demand generation.
• Coordinate website content updates with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Stridepath's branding and messaging.
• Track website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other reporting tools, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
• Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure that website content, links, forms, and integrations function correctly across various devices and browsers.
• Create executive dashboards and marketing performance reports.
• Monitor key marketing metrics including email engagement, marketing qualified leads (MQLs), pipeline contribution, campaign performance, and ROI.
• Keep an eye on funnel conversion metrics and identify opportunities for ongoing improvement.
• Evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance marketing productivity, streamline workflows, accelerate content creation, and optimize campaign performance.
• Leverage AI for research, writing, personalization, reporting, process automation, and campaign optimization while maintaining brand quality and accuracy.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative methods to enhance marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Maintain marketing calendars, project documentation, and campaign timelines.
• Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure CRM alignment, lead management, and accurate campaign reporting.
• Support webinar platforms, event registration tools, and other marketing technologies.
• Develop scalable marketing processes that facilitate company growth.
• Work alongside the Director of Marketing on strategic marketing initiatives while continuously refining processes across marketing operations, digital marketing, demand generation, content, events, and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 0–2 years of marketing experience (internships are welcome).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• High attention to detail along with excellent time management skills.
• Analytical mindset paired with robust problem-solving abilities.
• Self-driven with a desire to learn new technologies and continuously enhance skills.
