This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate Marketing performance through the entire funnel, including pipeline, marketing-originated bookings, and campaign effectiveness.
• Guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of automated performance scorecards related to lead-to-opportunity conversion, marketing-originated bookings, and marketing ROI.
• Assess marketing budget performance and expenditure attainment to assist in planning and investment decisions.
• Manage the Marketing reporting suite within the centralized BI/reporting framework.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to establish reporting requirements, prioritize enhancements, and validate work through QA/UAT processes.
• Create and maintain standardized documentation for reporting, metric definitions, and reporting logic.
• Develop measurement frameworks for campaign performance, attribution, lead scoring, pipeline source-mix tracking, and marketing ROI.
• Formulate and refine SOPs to enhance the efficiency, consistency, and scalability of marketing operations.
• Streamline lead enrichment and routing processes as well as marketing-to-sales handoffs.
• Design and oversee GTM cadences across Marketing, Sales Development, and Sales.
• Facilitate AI-enabled reporting, business insights, automated reporting processes, and AI-generated summaries.
• Provide primary operations support for SDR reporting, activity data, and program cadences.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, and Data Engineering.
• Coordinate reporting enhancements and process improvements among stakeholders.
• Transform data into actionable recommendations for Marketing leadership.
• Over 5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Analytics, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, or a similar analytical/technical field.
• Strong skills in data analytics and BI reporting.
• Experience with centralized BI/reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Comprehensive understanding of demand generation metrics, attribution, and marketing ROI.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams to define business requirements, validate reporting solutions, and enhance analytics capabilities.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Experience handling multiple cross-functional initiatives concurrently.
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions with sales, operations, and business unit leadership.
• Excellent communication skills and the capability to convert data into actionable insights.
• The selected candidate must be able to pass a background check.
• Familiarity with SQL or the ability to collaborate effectively with Data Engineering teams is a plus.
• Experience with AI-assisted reporting, BI automation, or generative AI tools is advantageous.
• Exposure to SDR operations is a nice-to-have.
