This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Act as the main HubSpot administrator: oversee the portal, develop and sustain workflows, automations, lead scoring, and campaign assets (landing pages, forms, emails, lists)
• Design and execute marketing campaigns from start to finish — encompassing workflow logic, asset creation, and post-launch analysis
• Take ownership of marketing analytics and reporting: assess campaign performance, engagement scoring, pipeline attribution, and provide ad hoc reports for leadership
• Ensure data integrity and process alignment between HubSpot and Salesforce, collaborating closely with sales operations to guarantee smooth handoffs and precise attribution
• Oversee website updates and content publication in WordPress, working in conjunction with the marketing team on landing pages, campaign microsites, and ongoing site maintenance
• Edit and create video content (webinar clips, analyst commentary, promotional materials) for distribution across web, email, and social media platforms
• Upload, format, and manage video content on YouTube, including titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and playlist organization
• Diagnose and enhance the performance of the marketing tech stack, identifying and resolving integration or data issues
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, with extensive hands-on HubSpot administration — asset creation, workflow/automation design, and reporting
• Proficient understanding of Salesforce, including familiarity with CRM data structure and marketing/sales alignment
• Experience managing a website using WordPress or a similar CMS
• Knowledge of the financial services sector — comfortable with industry terminology, compliance-aware content practices, and B2B audiences in asset management, wealth management, or related fields
• Strong analytical skills; adept at extracting and interpreting campaign and engagement data
• Detail-oriented and process-driven, capable of managing multiple concurrent projects

• Experience working at a research firm, asset manager, or financial data/analytics company
• Familiarity with paid digital advertising platforms (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, or similar), including campaign setup, budget oversight, and performance monitoring
• Proficiency with basic video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, Descript) and experience managing a YouTube channel or content library
