This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Take charge of the weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing planning cycles, ensuring that all teams understand their priorities, deadlines, and responsibilities.
• Serve as the primary coordination hub for CRM, Paid Media, Social, Brand, Creative, Partnerships, Influencer, and Community initiatives.
• Convert business priorities into actionable marketing strategies, workstreams, and execution plans.
• Facilitate marketing status meetings, prioritization discussions, and cross-functional project updates.
• Guarantee that launches, campaigns, retail events, and commercial trading priorities are organized and executed systematically.
• Develop, implement, and oversee a transparent marketing approval process encompassing creative, campaign, launch, CRM, retail, and digital initiatives.
• Uphold brand standards by ensuring the appropriate stakeholders are engaged at relevant stages of the process.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, Retail, and Commercial teams to synchronize marketing plans with trading priorities, launches, and revenue opportunities.
• Monitor progress on key campaigns, launches, and performance milestones, proactively identifying and escalating risks and opportunities.
• Maintain clear visibility of team workload, capacity, and competing priorities within the marketing department.
• Communicate effectively and confidently with senior stakeholders, founders, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Brand Strategy, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 10+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, marketing operations, or integrated campaign execution, preferably within beauty, retail, ecommerce, or a rapidly growing consumer brand.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate various marketing functions and manage the delivery of complex campaigns, launches, or commercial trading activities.
• Strong grasp of brand, creative, CRM, paid media, social media, retail, and ecommerce workflows.
• Highly organized and process-oriented, with exceptional planning, prioritization, and project management abilities.
• Commercially savvy, capable of linking marketing efforts to business priorities, customer behavior, and revenue implications.
• Confident communicator with the capacity to influence, align, and hold teams accountable in a constructive manner.
• Excellent attention to detail, able to juggle multiple moving parts while maintaining focus on the overall goals.
• Comfortable working closely with founders, senior leaders, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, composed under pressure, solution-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and high standards.
