Marketing Operations Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the reconciliation of the marketing budget, manage vendor invoices, and track receipts.

• Serve as a point of contact for physician formulators, including handling scripts and approvals.

• Organize public relations and media interview schedules.

• Manage User-Generated Content (UGC) and affiliate creator campaigns, including product seeding and sample tracking.

• Facilitate monthly brand reporting across various cross-functional teams.

• Ensure timely follow-ups on report submissions.

• Monitor timelines for packaging and product updates using Hive.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Google Workspace.

• Experience with Amazon marketplaces.

• Familiarity with Hive or other project management tools like Asana, ClickUp, or Monday is preferred.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, possessing strong process management and documentation skills.

• Comfortable with handling invoices, receipts, and budget reconciliation tasks.

• Excellent written communication skills for interacting with vendors, influencers, and agencies.

• Capable of managing multiple tasks and timelines concurrently.

• Proficient in English.

• Equipped with a USB headset that features noise cancellation.

• Must have a working webcam.

• Computer should be equipped with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and a minimum of 4GB RAM.

• High-speed internet service of at least 25 Mbps via cable connection is required.

• Backup internet service should provide at least 10 Mbps speed.

• Availability to work US business hours, totaling 40 hours per week.
