Marketing Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Create and animate video content focused on performance for platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google, AppLovin, and Snapchat.

• Work closely with the Creative Producer and User Acquisition team on project briefs, hypotheses, and quick iterations.

• Transform successful concepts into various adaptations that include different hooks, lengths, aspect ratios, languages, and target audiences.

• Edit user-generated content, stock footage, screen recordings, and app gameplay into polished, brand-aligned videos.

• Ensure visual consistency and high quality while delivering multiple creative assets each week.

• Utilize AI-driven tools for generating images and videos, voice synthesis, and asset refinement when applicable.

• Keep up-to-date with motion design trends and ad formats tailored to specific platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in the mobile application industry.

• Familiarity with and practical experience using AI tools like Kling, HeyGen, and ElevenLabs.

• Expertise in Adobe After Effects.

• Basic understanding of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.

• A portfolio that displays completed projects.

• Knowledge of fundamental video editing and animation techniques.

• Familiarity with plugins for Adobe After Effects.
