Marketing Manager, SEO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for designated client accounts

• Lead client meetings and presentations, offering strategic insights and performance updates

• Design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to the specific goals of each client

• Clearly communicate timelines, deliverables, and professionally address client inquiries

• Perform in-depth technical audits to identify crawl issues, site architecture challenges, and optimization opportunities

• Develop and manage Local SEO strategies, including optimizing Google Business Profiles, citation management, and local link building

• Recognize on-site technical enhancements and collaborate with development teams for implementation

• Monitor and resolve issues related to indexing, structured data, page speed, and mobile optimization

• Organize and assign content tasks with the SEO strategy in focus

• Produce detailed, SEO-optimized content outlines supported by keyword research

• Create keyword strategies that align with client specialties and user search intent

• Work alongside team members to generate high-quality, optimized digital content

• Assist in establishing brand identities for new clients, including messaging, positioning, and tone

• Develop engaging slogans, mission statements, and branded content

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as traffic, rankings, conversions, and ROI

• Utilize project management tools (Asana) to streamline workflows and reporting

• Convert data into actionable insights for both clients and internal teams

• Demonstrated experience in Local and Organic SEO with quantifiable outcomes

• Strong background in Technical SEO, including site audits, implementation, and optimization

• Exceptional client communication and relationship management abilities

• Experience presenting data-driven recommendations to stakeholders

• Capacity to manage multiple client accounts concurrently
