📋 Description

• Significantly expand the Creator Program from Seedings, catering to both smaller creators and large-scale paid collaborations.

• Manage Instagram and TikTok channels effectively.

• Collaborate with the founder to develop an editorial plan, generate ideas, and foster community engagement.

• Create viral content focused on hair accessories.

• Develop hooks, formats, and campaigns.

• Derive ideas from trends, direct messages, and daily experiences, translating them into brand concepts.

• Analyze content performance and discontinue ineffective strategies.

• Take full responsibility for the brand's growth independently.

• Proven experience creating hundreds of successful reels, videos, or posts.

• Strong understanding of creators and an actionable creator network.

• Fluent in German at a native level.
