• Manage cross-functional projects, timelines, and execution across different teams.
• 7-10+ years of relevant experience.
• A background in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in digital publishing, audience development, or growth marketing within news or media organizations.
• A proven history of driving traffic growth and subscription conversions through data-informed strategies.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, content distribution, and platform dynamics, including Google Discover.
• Experience in testing and optimizing paywalls, user flows, and conversion tactics.
• Capability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable growth strategies.
• A strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently build and implement strategies.
• Excellent skills in communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Preferred: Experience in a digital publishing setting.
