Marketing Manager – Life Sciences

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete transition for the website and country-specific sites.

• Establish site architecture, taxonomy, and content strategy.

• Craft and enhance SEO-focused web content and metadata.

• Design and develop pages using Umbraco CMS (v13).

• Oversee redirects, analytics, and post-launch optimization efforts.

• Collaborate with global teams on campaign URL updates and site governance.

• Assist during the launch and hypercare phase with troubleshooting.

• Strategize and implement integrated digital and traditional marketing campaigns.

• Manage content strategy across websites, blogs, and social media platforms.

• Develop sales and promotional materials.

• Evaluate campaign performance and refine strategies accordingly.

• Provide support for conferences, trade shows, and brand promotions.

• Collaborate across functions with global marketing and leadership teams.

• Ensure campaigns align with corporate branding and messaging.

• Work with country site owners to expand content on an international scale.

• Contribute to building a robust and cohesive global brand identity for Eurofins PSS.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in business-to-business professional services marketing.

• Proficient in various marketing tools and platforms.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Experience in creating lead-generating social media campaigns.

• Highly organized with outstanding time management skills.

• Possess a creative mindset.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

• Familiarity with an insourcing model and/or recruiting services is a plus.

• Knowledge and/or experience in the life sciences industry.

• Experience in direct sales lead generation.

• Proficiency in MS CRM.

• Availability Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with potential overtime as required.
