This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Expand the creator program from initial engagements with smaller creators to paid partnerships.

• Take charge of Instagram and TikTok: managing the content calendar, generating ideas, and overseeing community interactions.

• Produce viral content focused on the hair clip product.

• Generate concepts, hooks, formats, and campaigns that draw inspiration from trends and daily life.

• Proven experience in producing Reels, videos, and posts.

• A strong instinct for identifying creators and a proactive network.

• A data-driven approach to assess what resonates with audiences.

• A mentality of full ownership and the capability to work autonomously.

• Proficiency in German at a native speaker level.
