Marketing Manager – Emerging Markets, Electrophysiology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Spearhead and execute regional marketing strategies and initiatives that align with Global and EMEA EP priorities.

• Collaborate with EMEA and country teams to create consistent, high-impact marketing plans, tools, and materials.

• Foster customer engagement and educational programs, including partnerships with KOLs and advisory board initiatives.

• Assist in new product launches, pricing strategies, and market entry planning across various markets.

• Perform comprehensive market and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities and enhance positioning.

• Improve sales force effectiveness through analytics, utilizing tools like Power BI and GEM to steer strategic and tactical planning.

• Promote the adoption and efficient use of analytics tools among country teams to optimize performance and market share.

• Ensure adherence to Abbott's ethical standards, SOPs, and local regulatory requirements.

• Engage in extensive travel throughout the region (50%+).

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience and in-depth knowledge of the Electrophysiology medical device market within Emerging Markets.

• Comprehensive understanding of the cardiovascular market.

• Demonstrated experience in leading regional or complex marketing initiatives.

• Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with KOLs.

• Experience in delivering marketing and educational programs tailored to relevant customer segments.

• Strong skills in market analysis, commercial insight, and project management.

• Experience engaging with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders; tender and commercial analysis experience preferred.

• Capacity to lead, coach, and influence cross-functional and non-direct report teams.

• High ethical standards, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to manage diverse workloads.
