This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and spearhead innovative, engaging marketing campaigns that reflect brand identity and product advantages.
• Work in tandem with writers, designers, photographers, videographers, animators, and 3D render artists to bring campaigns to fruition.
• Convert business objectives and brand strategies into tangible campaign plans with defined deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Serve as an internal advocate and educator for the company’s marketing strategy while promoting collaboration among teams.
• Lead the creation of visual storytelling materials, including photography, video content, rendered environments, and customer testimonials.
• Collaborate with digital, design, and communications teams to ensure effective implementation across all platforms.
• Guarantee that all content adheres to brand standards and upholds a high level of quality and precision.
• Explore new technologies, such as AI-driven marketing tools, and share findings with the team.
• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related discipline is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience is required, preferably in a design-oriented or B2B product setting (lighting, architecture, interiors, manufacturing, etc.).
• Proven track record in developing and executing creative marketing initiatives is required.
• Experience in collaborating with creative contributors and content production teams is required.
• A solid understanding of marketing channels and campaign management is required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in French are required.
• Proficiency in English is required to work with teams, partners, and clients across Canada and North America.
