This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more state.
• Implement B2B demand generation, lead nurturing, and conversion strategies in alignment with company growth objectives.
• Provide regular updates on marketing advancements and key metrics.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of marketing specialists and coordinators.
• Collaborate with sales on pipeline objectives, lead scoring, and the transition from marketing to sales.
• Strategize and manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns, which include SEO, SEM, paid social, email nurturing, ABM, and webinars.
• Oversee content activation involving case studies, whitepapers, blogs, social proof assets, and thought leadership.
• Manage marketing automation and CRM tools to monitor funnel performance and campaign metrics.
• Assess and enhance the website and online platforms, focusing on conversion rate optimization.
• Supervise social media and brand visibility.
• Oversee relationships with external agencies and vendors for design, PR, and events.
• Take charge of KPI reporting, including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, customer acquisition costs, and campaign ROI, and present findings to leadership.
• Act as a representative for marketing in cross-functional planning sessions with sales, operations, and company leadership.
• A minimum of 5 years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 2–3 years in team management or leadership roles.
• At least 3 years of marketing experience targeting the U.S. market, or 5 years within the broader North American market.
• Demonstrated success in B2B services marketing.
• Experience in marketing complex services with sales cycles exceeding 6 months.
• Proven ability to build, rebuild, and scale demand generation programs that yield pipeline results.
• Practical experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce that require integrations.
• A data-driven mindset with a comfort level in owning KPIs and reporting to senior leadership.
• Must reside in the U.S.A. or Canada and effectively work across North American time zones, primarily during East Coast hours.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal persuasive communication skills.
• Ability to articulate the language of specific BPO industry verticals and convert complex service offerings into sector-specific value propositions.
• Experience in BPO, IT services, or professional/managed services is strongly preferred.
• Preference for candidates with experience in marketing outsourcing services to mid-market decision-makers.
• Experience in managing long sales cycle demand generation across various industry verticals is preferred.
• Familiarity with marketing CX, F&A, or ITO solutions and portfolios is preferred.
