• Lead a mission-driven marketing team at Worldpackers to enhance meaningful travel through brand development, performance, CRM, and data, all guided by AI, inclusivity, and impact.
• Oversee and nurture a team of 11–20 individuals utilizing AI-native workflows.
• Monitor performance metrics and consistently optimize outcomes.
• Propel execution across the entire marketing funnel by leveraging AI to boost speed and efficiency.
• Ensure collaboration with Product, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams.
• Prioritize initiatives based on their impact and available resources.
• Flawless fluency in English (mandatory)
• Established history in paid acquisition (3+ years)
• Proven success in managing paid advertising campaigns with impressive ROAS across various channels (Meta, Google, etc.).
• Over 5 years of experience in branding
• Practical experience in building a brand through both in-person and online events, content creation, and public relations.
• Strong growth and performance-oriented mindset
• Active involvement in execution (beyond just strategy)
• Ability to launch campaigns, conduct rapid testing, and iterate.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making
• Comfortable with analytics, experimentation, and optimization.
