This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Implement tactical initiatives that enhance Stretto’s marketing and branding strategy.
• Generate content for company communications, including marketing materials, website content, speaking engagements, and media placements.
• Create internal presentations and resources for various company departments.
• Develop external training tools aimed at professional partners.
• Manage brand elements to ensure alignment with established brand guidelines.
• Produce branded content and oversee the management of social media accounts and postings.
• Refresh company websites and marketing materials, including professional profiles.
• Provide graphic design direction and support for advertisements in trade and mainstream media.
• Supervise the creation of case studies, videos, service line overviews, company one-sheets, white papers, and other client communications.
• Design PowerPoint presentations for quarterly departmental meetings, external speaking engagements, and internal departmental meetings.
• Generate content for internal communications, including intranet updates, company announcements, and staff meetings.
• Establish and execute communication processes reflecting the company’s mission statement, culture, and values.
• Mentor junior colleagues and support their professional development.
• Perform other assigned responsibilities.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a focus on Communications, Marketing, or Advertising is preferred.
• At least 5–7 years of relevant experience, ideally in a B2B company or law firm.
• Proven track record of increased responsibilities.
• Exceptional project management and administrative skills, with the capacity to manage competing and changing priorities.
• Proven ability to utilize AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency and improve output quality, from content creation to data-driven decision-making.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.
• Extensive experience in developing marketing content.
• Familiarity with CMS; experience with WordPress is preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems; Pardot is preferred.
• Experience in supervising administrative staff is preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with individuals at all levels.
• Willingness to take a hands-on approach to meet objectives and consistently adhere to deadlines.
