This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Develop and manage the target account program for software vendors.
• Determine which vendors Software Finder will target and construct commercial cases for them.
• Create tailored campaigns that transform priority accounts into qualified meetings and activated programs.
• Oversee account-based marketing strategies, including prioritization, scoring, segmentation, and continuous account-list evaluation.
• Conduct research on priority vendors, buying committees, competitors, campaigns, and demand-generation focuses.
• Formulate commercial hypotheses and standardized account briefs.
• Design campaigns that cater to one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many approaches, along with repeatable category plays.
• Manage personalized email, LinkedIn outreach, content, paid advertising, webinars, direct engagement, executive involvement, and event-based campaigns.
• Produce or commission account-specific content and prepare senior executives for engagement with accounts.
• Execute opportunity-acceleration campaigns for priority pipeline accounts.
• Supply business development teams with actionable account briefs and coordinate marketing and business development interactions.
• Direct target-account activities around selected events, including pre-event outreach, meeting coordination, attendee briefs, onsite tracking, and post-event campaigns.
• Monitor account-level engagement, meetings, pipeline, progression, revenue, and campaign effectiveness.
• Gather market feedback and advise on account-based marketing expenditures based on commercial outcomes.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Minimum of two years in account-based marketing, demand generation, or field marketing.
• Proven success in target account programs that yield qualified meetings and pipeline growth.
• Strong research skills and commercial acumen.
• Capacity to evaluate company websites, advertising presence, and market positioning.
• Proficient in crafting personalized outreach, account briefs, and commercial narratives in clear English.
• Comfortable collaborating closely with sales teams and being assessed on pipeline results.
• Practical experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, preferably HubSpot.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn campaign tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Preferred: experience in marketing to software or SaaS vendors.
• Preferred: understanding of software marketplaces and review platforms.
• Preferred: experience managing event-led account campaigns.
• Preferred: exposure to intent data and account engagement scoring.
