• Strategy & execution: Establish the vision, craft the plan, and execute it independently. This is a comprehensive marketing position that entails real ownership.
• AI-native operations: Leverage LLMs and AI assistants—such as Claude—as everyday tools to enhance your productivity, refine your thought process, and automate repetitive tasks.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B growth marketing—lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
• Strong instinct for product marketing—you can distill complex concepts for various audiences.
• Proficient in HubSpot—CRM, email automation, workflows, and analytics.
• Comfortable with LinkedIn—organic content creation, targeted outreach, and paid advertising.
• Capable of owning strategy and executing tasks independently without a large support team.
• Experience in a high-growth, scale-up, or early-stage environment—where priorities shift rapidly as the business evolves.
• Ability to maintain focus while remaining adaptable.
