• You will oversee the inbound funnel from the initial impression to demo bookings, optimizing each phase based on data insights.
• You will design campaigns and collaborate on their execution with our agencies and freelancers.
• You will conduct research, strategize, and independently create innovative content.
• You will manage and continuously enhance our website.
• You will be adept with data and conversion tracking, ensuring that the marketing impact can be assessed.
• You will develop and oversee our CRM-driven initiatives for current customers.
• A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or healthtech.
• Practical experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar).
• Understanding of marketing fundamentals: MQL, CAC, ACV, and sales conversion rate.
• Experience in coordinating external service providers.
• Proficient in German and English, with business-level fluency.
• Be the first marketing hire with true ownership and a direct influence on our future growth.
