This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement marketing strategies, campaigns, and programs that align with the company's priorities, solution areas, and regional growth targets.
• Work in conjunction with the Director of Marketing to facilitate annual and quarterly marketing efforts.
• Convert technical products, services, and solutions into customer-oriented messaging that addresses business challenges and desired outcomes.
• Create campaign assets, content, communications, and plans for event execution aimed at generating demand and engaging customers.
• Collaborate with sales leaders and practice teams to synchronize marketing activities with revenue goals.
• Develop marketing materials, messaging, and sales enablement resources to assist sellers in engaging prospects and advancing opportunities.
• Gain insights into target customers, key accounts, industries, and market trends.
• Organize webinars, digital campaigns, and programs for customer engagement.
• Oversee program logistics, timelines, approvals, budgets, and performance tracking.
• Evaluate campaign outcomes and propose improvements.
• Collaborate across marketing, sales, and practice areas to maintain a consistent customer experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the technology sector.
• Proven track record in executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth.
• Experience collaborating closely with sales teams and supporting seller engagement initiatives.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Capability to translate technical concepts into business value focused on customer needs.
• Experience in supporting B2B marketing campaigns, programs, and events.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Aptitude for managing multiple priorities and deadlines concurrently.
• Experience in measuring and reporting on campaign performance.
• Familiarity with demand generation, lead nurturing, sales enablement, and customer marketing principles.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of managed services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data, AI, or other technology offerings is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel to marketing events as required, limited to less than 10%.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
