This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives, focusing on the customer lifecycle in B2B markets while optimizing messaging according to specific profiles and needs.
• Develop and enhance inbound marketing strategies to attract and nurture leads, utilizing content and marketing automation.
• Experiment with innovative techniques to maximize lead generation, including web scraping, webinars, strategic partnerships, referral programs, and industry events to identify potential prospects, develop business opportunities, and promote networking.
• Optimize the performance of organic campaigns and conduct A/B testing for accelerated results.
• Execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeted at key accounts, ensuring alignment with sales and tracking specific KPIs for each account.
• Implement social selling techniques to strengthen relationships with potential customers and enhance conversion rates through social media interactions.
• Design, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on social media platforms and search engines (LinkedIn, Meta, Google).
• Define and develop attractive and differentiating value propositions that connect with the needs and desires of the target customer.
• Lead the development of key graphic concepts that visually represent the campaign strategy, aligned with marketing and sales objectives.
• Conduct detailed analyses of the competitive landscape, including market size (TAM) and actionable market segmentation (SOM and SAM), to identify growth opportunities.
• A minimum of 5 years of prior experience in B2B marketing.
• Strong analytical, communication, innovative thinking, and creative skills.
• Advanced knowledge in content generation strategies and automation.
• Proficient in social media advertising platforms, including LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads Manager.
• Advanced experience in SEM platforms, particularly Google Ads.
• Proven experience in creating and executing ABM campaigns.
• In-depth understanding of SEO practices.
• Advanced knowledge in market and competitive analysis, with the ability to create detailed reports and strategic recommendations.
