This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Create derivative assets for thought leadership, such as client presentations, articles, executive summaries, social media content, and data visualizations.
• Assist in the development of thought leadership by proofreading, reviewing content, and approving client stories.
• Develop integrated production plans, establish workback schedules, and oversee project dependencies, timelines, and review processes.
• Collaborate with campaign management and channel teams to package and implement marketing assets across various channels.
• Organize internal and external campaign activation initiatives, including stakeholder briefings and training sessions.
• Oversee performance tracking inputs and maintain reporting dashboards for web, email, and social media channels.
• Aid in creating marketing playbooks, templates, foundational materials, and content libraries.
• Handle compliance activities such as brand quality assurance, privacy and data approvals, and tagging requirements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to provide integrated B2B marketing communications that adhere to brand standards.
• Assist in the comprehensive execution of marketing projects while ensuring high quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Proven experience in content development and marketing project management.
• 4–10+ years of experience in content development and marketing project management.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex thought leadership content and integrated marketing programs.
• Excellent project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Advanced skills in utilizing AI tools to enhance the development and execution of marketing content.
• Strong written communication abilities across various marketing and communications formats.
• Experience in supporting B2B marketing communications that align with corporate brand standards.
• Knowledge of brand alignment, visual communications, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a collaborative, agency-style environment.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities in a remote work setting.
• Must have legal authorization to live and work in the United Kingdom without requiring employer sponsorship.
