This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Accountable for all aspects related to strategic marketing, including planning, strategizing, directing, and executing for designated areas and initiatives.
• Collaborates and supports the entire Marketing and Communications team in crafting and implementing innovative and strategic brand and marketing plans.
• Develops and implements creative strategies, solutions, budgets, and programs aimed at supporting the audiences, strategies, operational goals, and miscellaneous objectives of Geisinger Health Plan.
• Collects and interprets primary data obtained through campaigns, surveys, and other intelligence-gathering methods.
• Analyzes data and prepares reports for the internal communications planning process.
• Ensures that campaigns, plans, and messaging are crafted to enhance awareness and understanding among audiences regarding various organizational priorities and initiatives.
• Upholds quality and brand standards consistently.
• Engages and educates colleagues within the department to maximize the use of their talents, tools, and expertise in all activities.
• Identifies and communicates strategic opportunities or threats promptly and credibly.
• Monitors and reports on return on investment.
• Produces innovative solutions and ideas that align with Geisinger’s mission.
• Oversees specific department-wide initiatives that contribute to the success of Marketing and Communications, even if they fall outside of daily responsibilities.
• Assists in managing external vendors, including advertising/PR agencies, consultants, media planning and placement agencies, strategic communications experts, information services vendors, printers, mail houses, videographers, photographers, etc.
• Collaborates effectively and communicates with direct reports, colleagues, and supervisors.
• Promotes a culture of teamwork and shared success.
• Bachelor's Degree - (Required)
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience (Required)
• Minimum of 1 year of managerial/supervisory experience (Preferred)
• Ability to build relationships
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Proficient in project and function management
