Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and formulate marketing strategies for the business unit.

• Create annual marketing plans and budgets as required to meet objectives.

• Offer leadership and support in the design, development, and execution of products and service lines.

• Conduct market and competitor analyses.

• Initiate market research projects to bolster strategic initiatives.

• Design and implement email marketing campaigns.

• Identify events for participation, create relevant budgets, and oversee expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

• Provide support to the sales team by devising strategies.

• Offer market strategies and assistance for the business unit.

• Prepare monthly updates on current projects and outcomes.

• Develop presentations to articulate the company’s current and future strategies.

• Foster long-term relationships with business partners, clients, and team members.

• Create marketing and advertising campaigns, manage social media updates and campaigns, and produce content for the IME Business Unit.

• Collaborate with the VP of Business Development and General Managers to facilitate SBU growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a focus on communications and/or marketing.

• Over 5 years of marketing experience.

• Strong project management capabilities.

• Skill in developing strategies that set products and services apart in a competitive market landscape.

• Proficiency in effectively marketing company services based on intuition and experience.

• Capability to create and deliver persuasive presentations.

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

• Team-oriented mindset and a commitment to fostering a positive team culture.

• Preferred: Two years of experience in a healthcare organization or a related field.
