This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Develop and implement the marketing strategy for the Italian brand by aligning global objectives with local consumer insights.
• Establish the marketing activation calendar and oversee the planning and execution of comprehensive 360° campaigns across all pertinent channels.
• Assist in identifying the local product portfolio priorities based on market demands and opportunities.
• Lead integrated brand campaigns by providing briefs for assets that adhere to brand guidelines and resonate with the Italian audience.
• Manage agencies to guarantee timely and high-quality execution of campaigns.
• Monitor key brand metrics (awareness, equity, engagement) and campaign performance to foster continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure a consistent and engaging brand experience across all D2C and retail channels.
• Spearhead retail media and shopper marketing initiatives with major Italian retailers to secure a strong brand presence both online and in-store.
• Serve as the brand guardian for Italy, maintaining consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity.
• Collaborate with local Commercial teams and other stakeholders to align marketing strategies with market objectives.
• Keep track of competitors, market trends, and new opportunities, formulating actionable plans accordingly.
• 4–6 years of experience as a Brand or Marketing Manager in the consumer goods sector within FMCG, managing a revenue of 50m+.
• Extensive expertise in brand development and integrated campaigns, including mass media, influencers, and retail media within the Italian market.
• Practical experience in D2C environments, social media platforms (Meta, TikTok), retail media, and shopper marketing.
• Proven ability to create impactful and cohesive digital consumer journeys.
• Strong hands-on project management capabilities and skills in cross-functional collaboration.
• Strategic, creative, and data-driven mindset with confidence in leveraging digital marketing tools.
• Fluent in both English and Italian (written and spoken).
