This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Develop and implement the French brand and marketing strategy by aligning global directives with local consumer insights.
• Establish the marketing activation calendar and oversee the planning and execution of comprehensive 360° campaigns across all relevant functions.
• Assist in determining the local product portfolio focus based on market demands and opportunities.
• Lead integrated brand campaigns by briefing assets that adhere to brand guidelines and are tailored for the Italian audience.
• Oversee agencies appointed by TQG to ensure campaigns are executed on time and meet high-quality standards.
• Monitor key brand metrics (awareness, equity, engagement) and campaign performance to facilitate ongoing improvement.
• Collaborate with various teams to create a cohesive and engaging brand experience across all D2C and retail channels.
• Spearhead retail media and shopper marketing initiatives with key Italian retailers to maintain a strong brand presence both online and in physical stores.
• Serve as the voice of the French fitness and sports nutrition consumer, ensuring that campaigns, activations, and product priorities resonate authentically with the target audience.
• Act as the custodian of the French brand, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity.
• Collaborate with Commercial Managers and other teams to align marketing efforts with market objectives.
• Remain vigilant regarding competitors, trends, and emerging opportunities.
• Over 7 years of experience in Brand or Marketing Management, preferably within the sports nutrition, fitness, health & wellness, FMCG, or related consumer goods sectors.
• Extensive expertise in brand development, integrated campaigns, and consumer marketing tailored to the French market.
• Practical experience in D2C environments, French retail media networks, and shopper activation.
• Ability to create impactful and consistent digital consumer journeys.
• Strategic and creative thinker who excels in dynamic, matrixed environments.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in using MS Office, digital marketing tools, and performance data to inform decision-making.
• A strong personal interest in fitness, sports, nutrition, and healthy living.
• Fluent in both French and English with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
