This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• You will create Coverflex's marketing footprint in Germany from the ground up — encompassing brand, content, and organic pipeline development.

• Your goal is to build credibility, stimulate demand, and facilitate market entry into one of our most important and intricate markets.

• You will gauge your success after 90 days by having:

• Achieved readiness for the German market launch (including website, content, and sales materials)

• Established an initial brand presence through PR, community engagement, and events

• Commenced the generation of inbound pipeline from organic channels

• Native or fully fluent in German, with proficiency in professional English

• Over 5 years of experience in B2B marketing (preferably in SaaS, HR tech, or fintech)

• Demonstrated experience working within the German market

• Excellent writing abilities in German (native-level storytelling, not mere translation)

• Proven experience managing organic channels from start to finish (including SEO, content, PR, and events)

• Experience in website management (covering content, landing pages, and analytics)

• Capability to navigate between strategic planning and execution

• Familiarity with integrating AI tools into daily workflows
