• Take charge of designing and implementing tailored, culturally sensitive marketing strategies aimed at increasing market share within Spanish-speaking regions.
• Collaborate across various teams globally while customizing initiatives to suit local market characteristics, language variations, and region-specific behaviors.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of LATAM markets, encompassing local examination systems, educational frameworks, and the distinctions between students and healthcare professionals.
• Modify global messaging to fit local cultural and linguistic contexts, ensuring that the communication resonates with regional needs and behaviors.
• Strategize and carry out multichannel campaigns through CRM, Paid Social, SEM, SEO, and organic social media, utilizing the most relevant channels in the area.
• Track and enhance campaign performance by employing data-driven insights to foster ongoing improvement in acquisition, activation, and retention processes.
• Manage projects from inception to completion, working collaboratively with global teams to ensure consistency and develop scalable best practices across LATAM.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within the Latin American market.
• Strong knowledge of multichannel marketing (CRM, Paid Social, SEM, SEO, Social Media), with an understanding of channel dynamics specific to the region (e.g., Meta, WhatsApp).
• Proven experience in creating and executing marketing strategies, including positioning, value propositions, and localized messaging.
• An analytical mindset capable of working with limited data to design and implement effective marketing initiatives.
• Ability to balance strategic and operational tasks, with a strong drive to achieve results in a fast-paced setting.
• A dependable business partner who is consistently seeking solutions and opportunities for enhancement.
• Outstanding communication skills, able to convey information clearly to diverse stakeholders and facilitate alignment.
• Proficient in both Spanish and English; knowledge of Portuguese is a significant advantage.
