Marketing Manager, Affiliate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies aimed at driving acquisition and enhancing revenue growth.

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners within targeted markets.

• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with affiliates by providing continuous support and guidance.

• Assist in promotional campaigns and incentives designed to engage, motivate, and expand affiliate partnerships.

• Monitor industry trends, competitor actions, and affiliate performance to pinpoint optimization opportunities.

• Ensure that affiliate activities adhere to program policies and industry regulations while aligning with business objectives.

• Track budgets, ROI, KPIs, performance metrics, and financial records to generate reports and data-driven recommendations.

• Mentor junior team members, take charge of assigned projects, and contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming sector.

• Proven experience managing affiliate programs within the South East Asian market.

• Strong grasp of affiliate marketing, online gaming trends, and performance-oriented partnerships.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as MyAffiliates and analytical tools like SimilarWeb.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management capabilities.

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.

• Knowledge of Malay and/or Chinese is a plus.

• Understanding of SEO, competitor analysis, or CRM/project management tools is desirable.
