• Take charge of the comprehensive marketing strategy and performance for the Contrast Media product line.
• Lead the annual strategic planning, operational plans, and long-term forecasting initiatives.
• Discover growth opportunities across various segments to enhance portfolio usage.
• Oversee commercial readiness planning for a pipeline contrast agent currently in Phase 2/3 clinical development.
• Develop and implement integrated customer strategies targeting organized customers, healthcare professionals, payers, and patients.
• Propel demand generation strategies, promotional campaigns, and channel optimization efforts.
• Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams including Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Training, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Legal.
• Keep track of competitive activity, clinical trends, and evolving customer requirements.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare marketing or commercial leadership is necessary.
• Experience in managing direct reports and/or leading teams within a matrixed environment is preferred.
• Proven experience in managing large or multi-brand portfolios and driving commercial success.
• Strong preference for experience in hospital-based products and B2B marketing.
• Prior experience with product launches or involvement in pipeline commercialization planning is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to align diverse stakeholders and lead without direct authority.
