This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at generating pipeline and enhancing revenue growth.
• Oversee lead generation initiatives across various channels including digital, content, email, webinars, events, and partnerships.
• Manage the performance of the marketing funnel from initial awareness to opportunity creation.
• Propel account-based marketing efforts targeting key sectors and strategic accounts.
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance leveraging data-driven insights and analytics.
• Lead the company's social media strategy on LinkedIn and other pertinent platforms.
• Create content that enhances brand awareness and market positioning.
• Administer website messaging, SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, and initiatives aimed at conversion optimization.
• Monitor engagement, lead generation, and conversion metrics.
• Develop thought leadership initiatives for executives and subject matter experts.
• Build and expand strategic partnerships with technology vendors, consulting firms, industry associations, and channel partners.
• Create joint marketing efforts, co-branded campaigns, webinars, and events.
• Identify avenues to broaden market reach through alliances and partner networks.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize partner-driven pipeline opportunities.
• Develop and scale marketing programs that support the company's growth objectives.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.
• Manage the marketing budget and assess ROI across various initiatives.
• Establish processes, reporting, and KPIs to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive activities, and emerging marketing technologies.
• Drive qualified pipeline, marketing-sourced revenue, inbound demand, digital engagement, and measurable partnership impact.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Preferably experience within a software, SaaS, data, AI, fintech, cybersecurity, or technology organization.
• Demonstrated success in driving demand generation and measurable revenue growth.
• Strong practical experience in digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, paid media, and social media.
• Experience in building and managing strategic partnerships and alliance programs.
• Solid understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
• Exceptional content creation and storytelling skills.
• Experience collaborating closely with sales teams and executive stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Preferred: experience in high-growth SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• Preferred: knowledge of ABM strategies and modern GTM methodologies.
• Preferred: familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and similar tools.
• Preferred: experience managing agencies, vendors, and external marketing partners.
• Preferred: previous experience in establishing a marketing function from the ground up.
