Marketing Lead – Space Tech, Deep Tech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Define and enhance our value proposition for various market segments.

• Participate in sales calls, engage with customers, and cultivate authentic relationships.

• Provide our international sales team with pitch decks and concise one-pagers.

• Create and manage the production of high-quality technical content.

• Oversee the marketing pipeline from start to finish using HubSpot.

• Plan and manage our presence at significant industry conferences in both the US and Europe.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing experience, particularly in Deep Tech, Hardware, or the Space Industry.

• Native English speaker: Capable of communicating professionally across Europe and the US.

• "One-Person Team" Mindset: Comfortable shifting between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.

• Technical Marketer: Willing to engage with technical environments.

• Translator: Skilled in understanding complex technical concepts (such as actuators, solar arrays, mechanisms) and translating them into clear, customer-focused messaging.

• Global Collaborator: Prepared to collaborate closely with engineering teams in Germany and sales teams in the US.
