This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Overseeing the complete marketing function from start to finish
• Managing and refining the Marketing funnel and KPI dashboard
• Taking ownership of our marketing strategy and enhancing customer acquisition
• Developing and maintaining the marketing calendar
• Collaborating across the organization to produce collateral, videos, and organize events
• Prepared to establish a small yet effective team after acclimatization
• A minimum of 5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or developer tools
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage and advance the pipeline as a solo marketer and within a small team
• Extensive project management experience in executing email campaigns, GTM campaigns, and sales enablement initiatives
• Proactive approach; you prefer to launch an imperfect product and improve upon it rather than waiting for perfection
• Comfortable marketing to technical audiences — while engineering expertise isn't necessary, gaining their respect is essential
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create clear and credible content across various formats (website, email, long-form, social media)
• Proficient with marketing tools, including Close as our CRM (which is easy to master), CommonRoom, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, etc.
• Experience with FinOps, developer tools, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure is highly advantageous
• Fully remote team environment
