Marketing Engineer – Tenders and Proposals

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Review RFQs and opportunities from Salesforce to evaluate requirements

• Lead the preparation of bids, quotations, and cost models

• Collaborate with engineering, legal, and sales teams to assemble proposals

• Analyze technical specifications and formulate pricing strategies

• Oversee risk assessments and approvals throughout the bidding process

• Guarantee timely, accurate, and well-documented bid submissions

• Assist in negotiations and follow up on the results of bids

• Manage awarded orders and facilitate the transition of projects to delivery teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in marketing or engineering

• At least 2 years of experience in tendering, marketing, or project-related positions

• Familiarity with transformers or power delivery equipment is a plus

• Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Power BI

• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management abilities

• Capability to interpret technical specifications and commercial requirements
