This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Regional Growth Engine: Ensure the growth of DACH B2B through proactive lead generation and enhanced brand visibility.
• Outbound Strategy: Develop and implement intricate, multi-language outbound sequences that effectively capture attention.
• Local Events: Take full ownership of local industry events, user conferences, and webinars within the region.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Work collaboratively with performance marketing on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives and targeted localization strategies.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance, create executive-level reports, and provide recommendations for data-driven improvements.
• Localization & Messaging: Tailor ElevenLabs’ global messaging to deeply connect with the Spanish and Italian business cultures.
• Native German language proficiency.
• Fluent in English.
• Ownership Pedigree: Proven experience in implementing marketing projects from inception to completion, holding yourself accountable for ROI.
• Entrepreneurial Background: Demonstrated strong motivation and a history of high engagement, preferably in an entrepreneurial setting or similar high-pressure environment.
• Thrives in Chaos: You are invigorated by a fast-paced, constantly changing environment and are capable of managing multiple workstreams without losing attention to detail.
• The "Jack of All Trades": Possess a wide-ranging expertise in growth marketing, including data analysis, performance knowledge, campaign planning, and event coordination.
