This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of Lifecycle Strategy & Execution: Define the roadmap and implement hands-on campaigns throughout a significant part of the customer journey.
• Propel Data-Driven Targeting & Creative: Develop a clear point of view on audience segmentation using behavioral insights and real-time data.
• Spearhead the Testing Agenda: Independently create, size, and evaluate comprehensive A/B and multivariate tests.
• Enhance Cross-Product Growth: Create and expand strategic initiatives that facilitate customer movement across the product portfolio.
• Collaborate & Influence Cross-Functionally: Lead within the organization by partnering effectively with Data Science, Product, Creative, and Legal teams.
• A minimum of 6 years of marketing experience with a strong analytical focus.
• A degree in economics, engineering, statistics, mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated success in a 'test-and-learn' environment.
• Capability to develop a sharp, evidence-based perspective on audience, creative content, messaging, and timing.
• A proactive individual who takes full ownership of their work.
