This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assist in the planning and execution of regional external events, third-party tradeshows, customer gatherings, and the Aras Connect event series throughout Europe.
• Work in close collaboration with the European Revenue Marketing team to coordinate and aid in EMEA-wide demand generation campaigns and regional marketing efforts.
• Facilitate local PR and communications initiatives in partnership with corporate communications, agencies, customers, and partners.
• Aid in the creation of customer success stories, case studies, and reference activities.
• Support regional demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, which include email nurturing, LinkedIn initiatives, digital marketing efforts, and sales prospecting programs.
• Collaborate closely with EMEA field marketing and global campaign teams to assist in localizing the website, messaging, content, and marketing materials for the DACH market.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in a B2B marketing position, including internships.
• Exceptional project management and organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
• A strong team player who can work independently in a dynamic international setting.
• Experience or a keen interest in events, digital marketing, PR, customer marketing, or demand generation programs is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, or Demandbase is a plus.
• Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to enhance content creation, research, or campaign workflows is beneficial.
