📋 Description

• Take charge of marketing execution across various domains including product marketing, content creation, demand generation, lifecycle management, and events. You’ll adopt multiple roles initially and expand your scope as the team grows.

• Convert the product into a compelling fintech narrative. Transform Goldsky’s offerings (Mirror, Subgraphs, Turbo, Edge & Compose) into messaging frameworks, sales materials, one-pagers, and stories that resonate with fintech product leaders and engineers.

• Oversee product launches from start to finish. Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to introduce new features to the market with cohesive launch strategies: website updates, content creation, social media, partner co-marketing, customer testimonials, and pipeline activation.

• Establish the content engine. Write or commission technical articles, customer stories, opinion pieces on stablecoin adoption, and thought leadership that shapes the industry. Establish the editorial calendar and ensure quality control.

• Manage demand generation programs. Execute paid, organic, ABM, and partner channels to create sales pipeline. Analyze performance, discontinue ineffective strategies, and focus on successful initiatives.

• Lead event planning. Organize Goldsky’s participation in fintech, stablecoin, and developer events including sponsorships, dinners, side events, and the related field operations.

• Oversee agencies, freelancers, and vendors for design, content, paid media, and PR as required. Deliver high-quality work within modest budgets.


⛳️ Requirements

• You possess approximately 5 to 8 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within infrastructure, fintech, payments, or developer-tools sectors. You have launched campaigns, managed channels, and functioned as a generalist.

• You are an excellent writer. You can create customer stories, launch blogs, sales one-pagers, and concise social media content independently, without needing extensive editorial oversight.

• You are comfortable with technical products. While you don’t need to be an engineer, you can grasp how stablecoins, payment rails, real-time data, and operational workflows interconnect, and explain these concepts simply.

• You work quickly and complete tasks efficiently. You prefer to deliver a polished V1 this week rather than perfect a V3 next month.

• You are focused on measurement. You can set up your own dashboards if necessary and are comfortable collaborating with sales and operations to identify what truly drives pipeline.

• You are enthusiastic about working in a small, agile team and growing alongside it. You are at ease being one of the initial marketers in a company that is redefining its position in a much larger market.
