• Generate demand effectively.
• Design, implement, and refine integrated marketing campaigns (both inbound and outbound) to enhance awareness, attract qualified leads, and drive revenue.
• Develop and oversee outbound initiatives, including email campaigns, webinars, events, and paid advertising channels.
• Craft outreach messaging customized by persona, industry, and specific use case.
• Manage campaign schedules, launches, and performance metrics—continuously optimizing based on results.
• Experiment and refine channels, messaging, and offerings to boost efficiency and return on investment.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and timing.
• Focus on content and sales enablement.
• Produce marketing materials such as presentations, one-pagers, website content, product pages, blog posts, and customer success narratives.
• Create sales enablement resources, including talk tracks, battlecards, competitive analyses, and customer-facing presentations.
• Work together on campaign assets, including webinars, landing pages, and nurturing sequences.
• 4–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS, overseeing a marketing function or a significant aspect of it—preferably at a Series A or B company where you contributed to building from the ground up.
• Proven success in developing programs that generate pipeline, with specific revenue outcomes you can discuss.
• Versatile operator: capable of executing demand generation, producing compelling copy, and creating sales enablement materials—not limited to just one area.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and HubSpot; you directly create campaigns without relying on an agency.
• Analytical oversight of CRM, lead routing, nurturing campaigns, and reporting dashboards.
• Excellent writing and editing abilities—you produce clear, persuasive content quickly.
• Comfortable charting your own course in a dynamic, early-stage setting.
• Background in privacy, compliance, or data governance ecosystems (preferred).
• Experience in AI, data, or SaaS environments (preferred).
• Proficient in AI tools: demonstrated history of leveraging AI to enhance productivity without compromising quality (preferred).
