Marketing Lead – Agenturmarketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Development of a lead magnet for D2C e-commerce companies

• Analysis of results and derivation of new best-performing ideas

• Creation of guides for YouTube and relevant LinkedIn posts

• Development of Meta ads concepts and feedback on ongoing ads

• Planning and execution of email campaigns

• Building the EVOLVE brand and the entire agency marketing as a system

• Formulating the strategy for pipeline generation and prioritizing actions

• Generating original content ideas and content guides, as well as directly writing LinkedIn posts

• Developing the content plan for YouTube, podcast, email, and LinkedIn while ensuring production

• Coordination with media buying and accountability for campaign results

• Management of events and trade shows to acquire new clients

• Autonomous management of all in-house marketing projects, including scheduling and follow-up

• Evaluation of ads, content, and email metrics with proactive recommendations for next steps to management

• Collaboration with creative teams, media buying, sales, and management

• Long-term responsibility for all in-house marketing as well as personal brands of employees

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience building something from scratch, such as a channel, funnel, or entire area, with measurable results

• A knack for direct response and effective hooks

• Ability to think in complete funnels, from content ideas to qualified appointments

• 2 to 3 years of online marketing experience with personal accountability for results

• Experience working with Claude, Gemini, or comparable AI models, including your own reusable prompts and workflows

• Capability to manage ads, content, and email simultaneously

• Sensitivity to customer relationships and the ability to persuade and retain customers over the long term through marketing

• Ideally, established a media or personal brand, such as a YouTube channel, podcast, or newsletter with real reach

• Willingness to make independent decisions and utilize creative freedom

• Use AI not just for research but as a genuine tool in daily work
