• Create initial drafts of creative briefs utilizing provided templates.
• Assist in the development of ad creative briefs by researching competitor advertisements, messaging strategies, and value propositions.
• Submit creative materials for review and make revisions based on received feedback.
• Monitor the progress of campaign assets and follow up on deliverables.
• Organize and manage asset folders and files effectively.
• Review and perform quality assurance on creative materials (e.g., Darkroom assets) before final approval.
• Verify, confirm, and save before & after (B&A) responses.
• Oversee and support incoming studio requests.
• Address simple or recurring requests using templates.
• Escalate more intricate requests with comprehensive context.
• Track the status of requests and ensure timely follow-through.
• Assist in calendar management and input completed briefs into Notion.
• Source before and afters.
• Aid in logistics for events and partnerships.
• Coordinate essential details such as dates, times, and deliverables.
• Maintain event checklists and timelines.
• Conduct competitive and audience research to identify potential growth avenues.
• Analyze competitor marketing and advertising strategies.
• Research potential partners, influencers, and local opportunities.
• Assist in outreach preparation by drafting and organizing materials.
• Write and refine ad copy for paid social media and search (headlines, body copy, CTAs).
• Schedule and publish posts on social media platforms.
• Manage community engagement (comments, DMs, basic responses).
• Track, save, and organize influencer content effectively.
• Assist with the editing of Studio Spotlight submissions (images and content).
• Help ensure consistency across all submitted content and adherence to brand standards.
• Currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• Exceptional attention to detail, especially when dealing with dates, pricing, and text.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of juggling multiple priorities.
• Clear and professional written communication skills.
• Genuine interest in marketing, social media, branding, and event management.
• Ability to adhere to established processes and templates with a high level of accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative setting.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Figma for reviewing or making minor edits to creative assets.
• Experience using Notion or similar project management software.
• Previous internship or coursework experience related to marketing, content creation, or digital media.
