Marketing Intern – Marketing Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the marketing team in planning and executing conferences, hosted events, and internal gatherings.

• Keep the master marketing events calendar updated, tracking deadlines, deliverables, and registrations.

• Assist in coordinating event logistics, including registrations, collateral management, and vendor communications.

• Aid in the preparation for on-site or virtual events, including the development of presentation materials and tracking attendees.

• Contribute to post-event follow-up activities and performance evaluation.

• Support the maintenance of marketing content systems to ensure assets are up-to-date and well-organized.

• Help maintain a centralized library of marketing content, including case studies, pitch decks, one-pagers, and event materials.

• Assist in tracking content and managing version control across shared platforms.

• Provide support for light copy updates and formatting for marketing materials.

• Aid in repurposing content across various digital channels.

• Assist with timely and accurate updates to the website.

• Help draft and schedule LinkedIn content that aligns with campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiatives.

• Assist in building and deploying email campaigns using Slipstreams marketing automation tool.

• Help manage campaign calendars to ensure timely execution across various channels, including Slipstreams website.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.

• Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Preferred experience with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, and Google Ads.

• Experience with content management systems and marketing tools is advantageous.

• Interest in and experience within the life sciences industries is preferred.
