This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Engage in the optimization of the website's SEO.
• Assist in enhancing Scalingo's presence on search engines and AI assistants.
• Perform keyword research and suggest content enhancements.
• Monitor SEO performance and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Ensure that SEO best practices are followed when publishing content.
• Aid in writing and formatting blog articles, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, web pages, and case studies.
• Tailor content for various distribution channels.
• Publish content on the CMS and other platforms utilized by the team.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis.
• Assist in organizing the marketing content library.
• Support in the preparation of trade shows, conferences, webinars, and partner events.
• Contribute to logistical coordination (booths, swag, materials, vendors, etc.).
• Help create and update marketing collateral.
• Ensure that content aligns with the brand identity.
• Participate in post-event debriefs and feedback sessions.
• Track tasks using project management tools.
• Document marketing processes and best practices.
• Organize the team’s content and resources.
• Conduct marketing and competitive monitoring.
• Recommend simple enhancements to workflows.
• B2B digital marketing technical skills: interest in content marketing, SEO, and acquisition challenges within a B2B context.
• Writing and content creation: capacity to generate clear, structured content tailored to various formats.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and CMS: adeptness with publishing tools, content management systems, documentation tools, and basic graphic design.
• Tech culture and analysis: inquisitiveness about cloud, PaaS, and cybersecurity topics, along with the ability to evaluate simple metrics.
• AI-augmented productivity: utilize AI tools for researching, structuring, and producing content.
• Organization and autonomy: competence in managing multiple tasks concurrently with diligence.
• Communication and cross-functional collaboration: enthusiasm for teamwork and interacting across different functions.
• Professional demeanor: curiosity, energy, adaptability, and a desire for continuous learning.
